Fridays Meals
Breakfast - 2x weetabix (2) muller and banana
Lunch - Ham Salad with a touch of salad cream (1.5) Apple
Dinner - Mushroom & Bacon Penne Pasta (sin free recipe from the little booklet in this months mag!)
I have a week of new meals planned, so I will put some pics up!!
Bottle of Red waiting for when I get home tonight!! (All sins accounted for!)

The bacon & mushroom penne from this months Mag!!! It's was YUM!
Tweaked a little for my taste... Extra garlic, some balsamic vinegar and a tablespoon of low fat creme Fraiche (1.5) stirred through at the end!!!
Grated some fresh Parmesan (A) on top!
Hubby said it was better than pasta he has had in any Italian!
It was VERY good! Lots of SF too... Onions, mushrooms, Cherry Toms & Spinach!!
Went done lovely with my bottle of Red! (Sins accounted for of course!!) xxx

Dinner - Chicken & Chorizo Jambalaya (6 sins for chorizo) YUMMY - My favourite meal ever!!
Sins used for the day - 9
Snacks will be fruit and Muller lights
Lovely frosty morning here, so planning on taking the doggy for a long walk later xxx

I thinking having someone supporting you at home makes all the difference and luckily there is no need for separate meals, as I don't think I could cope watching some eat my trigger foods! (pizza, fresh bread, crisps etc)

I too went off the beaten track for a long time, managing to just about maintain for a year, but now I'm back in fighting form and ready to shift the rest of the bulk!
OMG... I am soooo stuffed following me baked bean lasagne!! Who knew something so simple could taste sooo good!!! xxx
