Wednesday (is it Friday yet??!!)

RED DAY

breakfast - weetabix (hexB), muller and banana

Morning snack - apple

Lunch - Hot & sour Soup (2 sins)

Afternoon Snack - banana

Dinner - beef, shallotts & mushrooms cooked all day in the slow cooker, with carrot & turnip mash! (proper winter warmer and love coming home to tea made!!)

My usual amount of water & Green Tea

One coffee at night, might be another Milky coffee, as used no HexA

I think I have been averaging about 2 sins a day but I am saving them up for Girls night on Friday!! Where I think wine MIGHT be consumed... And there was a whisper about pizza being ordered!!! (I might just have one little slice)

Do I weigh Friday morning this week, so I can enjoy my girls night without worrying about getting weighed on the morning??

Morning!! It's not quite Friday, but think of it as Friday eve eve!!! I think weighing a day early would be better for you psychologically than you seeing an inevitable food/wine bloat gain on Saturday morning! I know it would still happen but I still think in your head, seeing a Loss on Friday would be more beneficial-if you know what I mean xx

Up to you really about weighing a day early or not. I wouldn't do it too often though as it might tempt you into a pattern of s0d it fridays if you've already weighed in - you'd be more careful if you were weighing in the morning after. But if it's just now and again it should be okay :D

I'm going to take your approach to holidays next week - going wales for three nights and not back until saturday night so won't be having a WI on the 29th... just hoping I can stick to the no peeking at the scales or it defeats the object somewhat lol

regardless of how many syns you have saved hun
alcohol consumption will show on the scale as you will
be a bit dehydrate also remember water, water, water hahaha

I agree, definitely WI a day early just so you don't get disheartened should there be a gain, and again I agree don't make a habit of it though, go back to your normal wi day next week, you have a week then to counteract the alcohol with gallons of water .

I would weigh in on friday which then give you 8 days to undo any damage with out you feeling deflated about a gain (no matter how superficial it is).

Thank You ladies for your opinions, I really appreciate it!! :)

I will WI on Friday, as I have not seen my friend in ages, I am having a stressful week at work!! I am ready for a bloody good blow out and Girly Giggle.

I promise it will be a one off and I won't make a habit of it. PROMISE!! :)

I will also be working ULTRA hard after to ensure I will still have a loss come the following Sat.

I need to ensure I have losses as I am still aiming for my 3 stone award before I go away!!

But a Girl still needs to Party and let her hair down occasionally! :) xxx

Ok. Glad when it's over though :)

I was getting really upset before as I felt so huge and with my gain last week I'm nervous about tomorrow.

Then I tried on some pyjamas that have NEVER fit me and they fit. And are actually quite big :)

Still nervous but a little happy too now :)

You need to remember Hun, it's how clothes fit that really matter. That's more important than a number on a scale!

Although I know what u mean... I have just been saying to Hubby, I feel really bloated and fat this week!! :-(

I don't know why I feel like that, I have been good... Also nervous about WI!
