SugarPlum (24st) to TinkerBell (12st)

I have just made the Yummiest dip for my Raw Veg!

Now forgive me, as this is probably a dip you have all made a version of but I am chuffed, cause I just threw stuff in a blender and it tasted good!

I was just playing around with what I had in the house (shop day tomorrow)!

I made a kinda mackerel pâté/dip... Just out of the tinned mackerel fillets in tomato sauce! I just blitzed the tin with a table spoon of Quark and a pinch of Cayene pepper and hey presto!!!

A yummy mackerel dip!! (well yummy of you like Mackeral!)

Well I was impressed... What that saying, simple things & simple minds!! ;-) LOL XXX

Thanks for the lovely comments!

I totally agree with having a little of what you fancy, which is probably why this journey might me a little longer for me.

I like socialising with friends and having nice meals with Hubby, life it to short! I have really changed my whole mindset with SW and I don't reach for the junk like I used to BUT I do have blowouts every now and then!! Lol

Sometimes I feel like a SW Rebel!! Lol

It's feels strange to not behaving my WI today!

Had a bit of a nightmare yesterday.. I had taken the day off work to do something nice with hubby!! He just needed to go into work for a few hours in the morning.... HE CAME HOME @ 3pm!!!!

I WAS NOT A HAPPY SUGAR!!!!

So to make it up to me, he is making me a lovely 3 course SW friendly Meal!!! YUM!!!

Starter - Large Portabella Mushrooms stuffed with a spicy Crab filling. The filling is made of crab meat, red onion, garlic, jalapeños, Worcester sauce and hot sauce (all sin free) and topped with a little Parmesan (half A)

Main - Chicken stuffed with a spinach & bacon. (wilted Spinach mixed with small pieced of fried, lean bacon, fried onion, grated Parmesan & mixed with quark - sin free) Serving with a sweet potatoe, garlic & shallot mash and cubes of roasted butternut squash & celeriac!

Dessert - Mixed Berry Eaton Mess (2 sins for meringue & 2 for white choc options)

So I am having a full 3 course meal, with a ton of SF in and just 4 sins!!!

Nom Nom Nom... Can't wait!!!

1. Having a date night with my lovely hubby!!

2. It's Sat, so I am typing this all snug in bed!

3. I woke early to a big hug from hubby & now he has gone to do the 'big shop' all on his own, leaving me snug in bed!

We are having 4 friends around for a SW friendly Indian meal, I bought the SW book of curry heaven a few weeks ago, it's really good. OH is doing cooking with me so we are off to start that now!

Morning Lisa, he actually goes a lot on his own! He naturally wakes up at about 6 each morning, so he says he prefers to go whilst it's still quite! Often he had been there and back before I even wake up!!

Mmmm... I might order that book myself, we love curries!!

I will be helping Hubby cook the meal, we usually cook together. Although hubby is a fab cook!

Mine's a night owl. Plus he's never let me fat away with not going!! It's extra body magic walking up and down those aisles ;-)
