Can I join too - albeit a bit late?
I'm going on hols early Sept, and the goal I set myself was 25lbs by then, so far I've lost 5.5lbs. I'm going to have to work hard, but I want to do things on this holiday that I've never done before, like kayaking or canoeing - something that my weight has made me a spectator of in the past, but this time, it's going to be me capsizing!!
