Really struggling over Easter kids surrounded by chocolate and me being at home - I just want to eat! I bought some fruit yesterday so will hopefully cope better today! No weeklies left now so just points until Saturday

Heya thanks. Yea I know its a bit of a goal but its something to aim for. Some weeks i anticipate a sts or gain but ideally im aiming for 28lbs off by july. Im doing WW ... May introduce more exercise too.
 
How's everyone doing?

I even managed to give Pickle (the wonder dog) a bit of a longer walk today - I got dissapointed when trying to work out my activity points for walking Pickle.... so I use them as a buffer....

Stuck to plan for today - if I don't see a loss this week I'll be mighty dissapointed.... but at the same time those scales are a fickle mistress.....

I'm really sorry I've had family issues and have been away from minimins for months.

It sounds like everyone is doing really well sticking to plan! Lots of stress and lack of sleep has meant I've gained an atrocious amount (10lbs!!!) so I'm starting again. I'll change my plan and aim to lose 17lbs by 1st July (10lbs that I gained, plus another 7!)

Sorry to hear that you've been having issues and that they've caused you to gain weight.
But life gets in the way often. You just gotta get through it and know that the forums are here to support you and get you back on track.

Would anyone mind if I joined the list?
My birthday is in July (the 18th), so I'm thinking maybe a stone by then.
I only started WW (I'm doing it alone) on wednesday, so have yet to discover how well I'm getting on weight loss wise (resisting the urge to weigh myself every day is tough, but I find it completely counter productive to weight myself more than once a week cuz I fluctuate day to day, hour to hour - so as long as the amount I weigh on a wednesday is less than it was the wednesday before, then I'll be happy).

Since Wednesday though, I've been tracking. It's been a little difficult as on Mondays, Thursdays & Saturdays I go to my grandma's for lunch, and she's unpredictable with what she serves, so today I started off with weetabix & a banana and tried Filling & Healthy for lunch (it was so hard resisting the chips & apple pie she had) and am having a WW frozen ready meal for tea, with perhaps an alpen light bar.
I also went to Zumba this morning, and a 6 and a half mile bike ride, so hopefully they'll counteract each other and I'll still be on target.

Next weekend will be tough though as I'm going away to Wales for a long weekend with my friends. However, planning on climbing Mount Snowdon providing the weather is fine. Slightest bit of snow and it ain't happening.
