Sorry to hear that you've been having issues and that they've caused you to gain weight.
But life gets in the way often. You just gotta get through it and know that the forums are here to support you and get you back on track.

My birthday is in July (the 18th), so I'm thinking maybe a stone by then.
I only started WW (I'm doing it alone) on wednesday, so have yet to discover how well I'm getting on weight loss wise (resisting the urge to weigh myself every day is tough, but I find it completely counter productive to weight myself more than once a week cuz I fluctuate day to day, hour to hour - so as long as the amount I weigh on a wednesday is less than it was the wednesday before, then I'll be happy).
Since Wednesday though, I've been tracking. It's been a little difficult as on Mondays, Thursdays & Saturdays I go to my grandma's for lunch, and she's unpredictable with what she serves, so today I started off with weetabix & a banana and tried Filling & Healthy for lunch (it was so hard resisting the chips & apple pie she had) and am having a WW frozen ready meal for tea, with perhaps an alpen light bar.
I also went to Zumba this morning, and a 6 and a half mile bike ride, so hopefully they'll counteract each other and I'll still be on target.
Next weekend will be tough though as I'm going away to Wales for a long weekend with my friends. However, planning on climbing Mount Snowdon providing the weather is fine. Slightest bit of snow and it ain't happening.
