I've so far had a loss of 6lbs, 2 losses of 2.5lbs and 3 losses of 2lbs.
I'm intrigued as to whether I would lose more if I used my weeklies, but I know I'm losing as I am.
I'd be worried I'd gain by messing about with numbers, so I stick to what I know.

Yeah, that's what I'm going with.
If I start to plateau, I might look into fiddling, but for now, what I'm doing it working.

Now under 11 stone (just .5lb though, but still under). Less than a stone til target!

When the chart was last updated, you were on 4.5lbs lost and you lost 3lbs last night, making a total of 7.5lbs?
Unless you haven't updated with any gains, then I shall keep my nosey nose out haha

I don't think there's anything about 1lb that can be "only".
Have you looked at a pound of butter or sausage meat?!
That's a lot.
I understand that you may be a bit disappointed it wasn't more, but as you said, it wasn't on.
You are 1lb closer to your goal.
And you've already lost a huge amount anyway, so it'll be getting harder the closer you get to goal, so to still be losing something as good as 1lb is definitely something to feel good about.

Well done on your loss so far, and good luck with the final bit.
