I had another good day today, by wow was it hard to keep to to plan with so much temptation in the house!:cry: The weekend has already arrived in my house lol
My brother ate packets of Sensations Crisps infront of me, my cousin decided it was a good day to cook large Profiteroles (my god on the amount of chocolate and cream used!
) and my nan decided to do a sweet asian dish which basically is just full of milk and sugar
but i resisted it all
Anyways enough of my ramble and on to my food diary:
Green Day:
Breakfast: Egg and 3 WW Danish Brown Bread
(HEB)
Lunch: Couscous Salad (1/2 syn for Ainsley Harriot Couscous)
Dinner: Vegetable curry (Made from cauliflower, potatoes and peppers) with boiled rice
Snacks:
Banana, 2 x Oranges, Pear, Tea x 3 (
HEA), 2 Alpen Light bars (
HEB)
Syns:
Ainsley Harriot Couscous (1/2 syn)
1 Tsp Nutella (2 syns)
Exercise: 10 mins on the stepper and an hours walk
So as my treat for resisting the temptation i made my own dessert from a recipe i got off here. I basically microwaved 2 Aplen Light bars and added 1 tsp of Nutella
Was soooo nice! I'd like to thank however came up with it!
