SUN 3rd-SAT 9th WOW 60lb loss

7lbs off for me in my first week. Not as good as some people, nor the last time I did it, however I am due on this weekend, and I never lose very well in the run up, so am pretty pleased with that.

Saturday Weigh-In

Any day you wish Rob. Just add in your loss when you weigh.
