Oh hun I really really feel what you are saying. I've been the same the last couple of weeks, have really worked hard at the gym and stayed on track, and then struck down with this nasty nausea at the weekend again and couldn't eat, and put ON weight. No sense what-so-ever, but all CDC's and everyone is telling me that the body can't burn what it doesn't have so it is just clinging on.
Would you consider at all moving up to 1000? Just see if your body needs it? If your BMI is correct on here you shouldn't be doing SS/SS+ anyway, and that really probably is the reason why now you're not losing lbs - but probably inches.
I don't mean to keep battering on about upping cals, but the plans and the rules about BMI's are set in place to safeguard us hun.
