I am loving the weight loss programs at the mo and guess what starts tonight on channel 4........super size vs super skinny the new series, then after on itv the biggest loser.

i dont know why but i love watching people go from big to small and next week is the final, cant wait. anyone else the same? ha ha

I love those programs too... Although only like biggest loser USA, really haven't got to grips with the Australian or UK versions. Even DH is really into them!!
