I'm just trying to figure out whether I am able to make a syn free curry by making my own pastes.

If I can crack that I will be chuffed!!!

So food diary for today;

Breakfast; Tin of Baked Beans, Frylight Egg x2, Banana, Apple, Clementine
Snack; Quavers - 4.5 syns
Lunch; Rice, Sardines (Fresh not tinned), Peas, Brocolli
Snack; Mugshot, Blueberries

And for dinner;
Steak (Sirloin), Leftover Asparagus tips + courgettes, Frylight Wedges
Dessert; I have an idea to make a Tiramisu cheesecake consisting of

Total 0% Fat Yoghurt
Granulated Sweetener (to taste)
Shot of Espresso, chilled

Mix in a large bowl adjusting coffee and sweetener to taste

Smash up as many Rich Tea fingers as needed (1 syn each, will probably need 2/3) for the base.

Grate half a Freddo (5 syns so half =2.5 syns) over the top.

So all in 4.5 / 5.5 syns for what could be a very nice dessert!

Hmmm interesting!!

I ended up going for a tiramisu / banoffee hybrid in the end. Basically mixed in a toffee mullerlight and added bananas to the above!!

I've got 3 more made up. Pretty good for 4 syns!!

I always end up mucking about with things. I've now eaten so many bananas I may actually turn into the eponymous superhero
 
Yesterday's food diary;

Bfast: 2x Bananas 2x Apples
Snack: Quavers 3.5 syns
Lunch: Rice, Peppers, Onions, Capers, Ham then HEA Dairylea Light x2 and HEB Wholegrain Bread
Snack: None!
Dinner: Pork, Wedges (syn free), Courgettes, Peas, Brocolli
Dessert: Same as Night before (4 Syns) then 3 Rich tea fingers with my evening Cuppa (3 Syns)

Total: 10 Syns
 
Yesterday - same as above but 12 syns. Naught naughty!!

Good morning!!

Welllll first weigh in yesterday was hugely disappointing - 2lbs off. Bummer!!!

Trying to frantically dissect what I did wrong last week, certainly not at a level I want it to be at the moment.

We shall see how next week goes!

Why are you disappointed? And why do you think you've done something wrong? ? You've lost 2lbs!!

True, true!!

Just was hoping for a big number like last time (lost 9 lbs in my first week!!)
 
I know some weeks feel disappointing, but 2lb is still great ,
I know what you mean tho bout comparing weeks , hey next week could be a bumper one again , keep the faith xx

Especially since on Tuesday I drank Champagne like squash (how many syns in 2 bottles? :eek::eek::eek:)

I'm really 'in the groove' now - mostly aided by how bloody busy I am at work! No time to think about BJs and chocolate (BJs being Ben & Jerrys).

Roll on next Sunday.
