Breakfast; Tin of Baked Beans, Frylight Egg x2, Banana, Apple, Clementine
Snack; Quavers - 4.5 syns
Lunch; Rice, Sardines (Fresh not tinned), Peas, Brocolli
Snack; Mugshot, Blueberries
And for dinner;
Steak (Sirloin), Leftover Asparagus tips + courgettes, Frylight Wedges
Dessert; I have an idea to make a Tiramisu cheesecake consisting of
Total 0% Fat Yoghurt
Granulated Sweetener (to taste)
Shot of Espresso, chilled
Mix in a large bowl adjusting coffee and sweetener to taste
Smash up as many Rich Tea fingers as needed (1 syn each, will probably need 2/3) for the base.
Grate half a Freddo (5 syns so half =2.5 syns) over the top.
So all in 4.5 / 5.5 syns for what could be a very nice dessert!
