Beck works... it does. I may have slacked off and regained a lot of what I lost earlier this year... but I credit Beck with my maintaining my losses for a couple of months, remaining 2 plus stone lighter than my heaviest, and being willing to make an effort to get the other 2 stone off (again). Although, I will settle for 1.5 and maintaining that successfully. (Again, credit to Beck for my being more realistic about this.)

Hi. I've been struggling. I'm fine til the weekend then I NEED a drink! I phoned Julie today seeing her Monday. I need accountability from someone else as I'm not managing on my own. It's the drink! I have to be realistic and say drink leads to food. I now need to stop the booze. I've lost 4lbs altogether over 2 weeks. :( so in together Sally :D

I need to be held accountible, too.

I just give up drink completely whenI am serious about losing weight. It is empty calories.

Yeah Nikki we can do this!! I have to!! It's either this or give up completely and I'm nit about to do that. I'm not going to let my fear of maintaining get in the way of losing this weight like it has in the past, I'll deal with that when the time comes!!
 
Nervously waiting to go to first meeting with CDC. I don't know what I'm scared of most... Seeing my weight on her scales or seeing her reaction to my lardy a$$!! :eek: butterflies!!
 
So I'm back, armed with supplies! It wasn't as bad as I thought weightwise particularly as it was evening weight and I usually weigh in the morning. But I've got work to do either way I look at it so here I go, back on the wagon (again)

Biggest Loser Season 6 is on Sky Living on Saturdays at 10am for an old fix, anything is better than nothing lol.

Prob not going to put a ticker up cos I never go on my computer anymore to update it.

I got 14 chocolate tetras, 1 maple porridge and 6 mixed shakes. Can't wait to try the porridge and the mint bars, can't have the bars for 2 weeks though :(

I was there for about an hour :eek: didn't expect to be that long but went into ins and outs of what I'd been doing in the year since I left etc.

I'm up obscenely early this morning to watch the rugby, these 7am kick offs are killing me but I can't miss my boys in action :D

I'm feeling hungry but it's far too early for my first pack, I'll make my porridge at half time I think.
 
The maple porridge is LUSH. If they sold it in shop I reckon id buy it as normal food!
 
You're right it was nice, quite sweet though! I'm looking forward to my chocolate tetra for lunch, I've totally missed them!

I'm so bored this afternoon, I can't tell you the amount of times I've gone into the kitchen to pick at something only to find empty cupboards and fridge! I remember the first time I did cd being surprised by how often I used food as something to do.

I wish I didn't feel the need to pick on at food, it's my massive downfall.
