No walk today bad back!!
Breakfast 2 slices low gi aldi bread and spread coffee
Dinner
Turkey breast
1 roast potatoe,1 scoop stuffing, 1 scoop garlic potatoes load of carrots,2 croquettes and small bit gravy....lovely and a lot less than I would normally eat.
Going out now and gonna have hopefully no more than 5 butlers coors light or 5 Bacardi and diet coke haven't drank in 2 weeks so gonna enjoy them!
