I got a tip off the Lipotrim site which says mixing peppermint tea with the chocolate shake tastes good.
I tried drinking the tea as tea, and didnt like it at all. However cold tea with the shake is palatable. I think we could all do with suggestions for adapting the shakes
Hey Susie, I hope you're managing alright today, I'm sure you will. It's strange how we fly through some days and other days it seems like wading through treacle. Drinking plenty will help I'm sure. Has the chap been to do the work? I hate waiting for that sort of thing, can't really properly relax. Hope it gets sorted.
Hey Susie, I tried the peppermint tea with choc shake and I liked it - but I had mine hot and didn't use all the shake as finds it goes too slimy. I also add coffee to them for a mocha My fave though is the latte which for me is half a vanilla shake in a mug with a decent shot of coffee - get two meals out of them too as I am halving the powder
Am trying crisps with soup mix in a bit as per Trying Hards suggestion - will post what I think of them!

I love MFP and if you use the app Map My Walk it puts the calories you've used on a walk directly in to MFP
