Susie58- 2014 the year of my success

What a productive day! I so know where you're coming from with the clothes thing! I have so many and lots of them only bought coz they fitted :-/ no more, my skinny wardrobe is finally moving into my home from my mums on Saturday then I'm going to have a good old sort through too :) looking forward to it, will be like shopping all over again coz some of the stuff has been put away for years!!


Go for it Kylie, you will feel better for it & getting rid of them will mean you have to lose more weight to get into your smaller clothes. I used to hold onto the bigger stuff "just in case" but that's not a very helpful mind set is it. x
 
Day 10/70 & 1lb off this morning.

Quite a good day really apart from spending the afternoon in one of the most boring training sessions I have ever attended.

Just had my second pack & 4L water so far.

Miles today Walking 2 miles
Bike 5 miles
Orbitrek 1.5 miles,

Need to increase my stamina with the orbitrek as its tough going. Having to break the sessions up on it at the moment cos I get puffed out.

Slowly does it I suppose.so the plan is to add an extra 1/2 mile onto what I am doing each week , so next week will aim for 2 miles whenever I get on it & so on. I can really fell it working my leg muscles though so hopefully they will be a bit less flabby for holidays :D,

Its a bit like a cross trainer but because its a home one its not as ergonomic as the gym ones so its tough to keep going for an extended period. Does gibe the body a good workout though. Doesn't hurt the foot at all because there is no bending of the toes x
 
Day 11/70 & STS today.

Slept about 2 hours last night so too tired to do any exercise when I got home from work today so this will be a rest day.

Had a new member of staff to train today as well which was also quite tiring so am going to have my second pack in a minute then try & have a snooze.

Took all my strength not to have a smokey bacon crisp that the new girl was eating in the car during our visits. Smelt so good lol.

Oops not quite Kylie lol. Haven't got a clue why I put down a lb less on my countdown entry cos I'm a STS, Shows what a tired brain can do :eek: x

Is it the heat stopping you from sleeping? It's been gorgeous here all day and then, out of nowhere, we've just had a short sharp shower and it was quite heavy. That wasn't forecast. Can already feel the drop in temperature coming through the patio doors. Hope it means a cooler night tonight.

We had that storm here at about 2pm & got soaked in it!

Its partly the heat, part insomnia but also my shoulder Cate. Keep rolling over on to that side & it wakes me up ( trapped nerve ) I really am painting a picture of health on here lately, not!! x

Thanks ladies. Weird thing is its not so bad in the day its laying on it that hurts. Doc thinks its to do with my neck!!. Think I need a bionic body, preferably a slim line one lol x

Thanks Bride, perhaps you will get a biggish loss next week. Really hope it starts moving soon x
 
Day 11/70 & 1.75lb off. Happy about that :D. That mean that I have met the average weekly loss needed for holiday with still 4 days till weigh in :wee:

Plan for today is a bit of bike with intermittent orbitrek before it starts to get too hot.

Shepherds Pie
2 cans coke Zero & lots of water & coffee.

This afternoon will have a trip to the garden centre for some plants for the hanging baskets. The neighbours are putting mine to shame as I've not really made any effort with them this year for some reason.
