Suziesparkles food diary

Hi all,

I'm new to this site and I have bn rejoined at SW for a couple of weeks have lost 9lbs in two weeks 7lbs the first and 2lbs the 2nd.

I am writing this food diary to keep my self on track and if you peeps any mistakes I mite be making then just let me know!

I will tell you a bit about my weight issues in 2006 I was 27 stone and I had weight loss surgery in belgium and got down to 16st 4 and in my head I thought I could eat what I wanted this was NOT the case and I found myself back up to over 18stone I am currently at 17st 5 and a half pounds and really want to lose the weight!!

So I'm writing a food diary for myself thanks for reading my post who I haven't went on and on too much!!!

Today so far Ive had

Slice whole meal toast (H ex)

Milk for teas (H ex a)

Bacon (trimmed of all fat) egg fried in frylight

Lots of fresh pineapple and pomegranate

And for tea I'm having bacon and mushroom tagitelle made from schwartz packet sauce 5 syns for whole packet but it's between 4 of us so say 1.5 syns

Ps don't really know my way round this site do forgive me if I put posts in the wrong place lol xxx
 
Food diary for today had a ok day food wise

Oatso simple apple and blueberry ( so yummy) h ex b made with milk from h ex a

Baked potato and boiled ham
Bit of Flora lite 2syns I think

Lots of squash to drink and grapes to eat!!!
Syn free tomato soup

Gammon steak with a fried egg (was out for tea) half syn for egg -gammon was grilled

Cups of tea

Gee wizz that looks a lot when written down maybe im eating too much?? But I've only had 2and a half syns :)

Weigh in tommorow gulp!!!! But hopefully get a loss cos I've bn a good girl lol xxx
