2lb loss this week. Not bad after a business trip last week and weekend away for father-in-laws birthday. I've had food this week while away (no carbs) but I did have a few drinks on Saturday. I'm still in ketosis and no more hurdles planned for the next few weeks so looking forward to week 4 at 100%. 10lb lost so far so going in the right direction.
