been up since 7.30 with the little man and have used 4.5 pts so far, going to mums for Sunday dinner and she's pretty good with portion sizes ( no wonder she's always been slim) so should be well within my points if I stay away from the chocolate gâteau

am back from my mums and had a yummy yummy roast dinner which was delish, could eat it all again though!
nothing else to report, back to work tomorrow and also oh will be home from skiing, missed him, house very quiet and im fed up now ive watched everything on my sky box thats was saved lol.

well day 2 today and ive been a good girl took my dinner to work with me which is always good as im not tempted to go to the vending machine and also saves a few pennies (gas bill came through!).

i have a lovely day off work tomorrow, Lucas is going to nursery so my plan is to have a lie in while the house id quiet and then do the jobs i cant get done with the bambino around and not much else

Well day 3 is here not quite had the lie in I was hoping for as my stupid inconsiderate neighbours are being noisey! Have woke up with a rumbling belly, which I haven't felt for a good month or so and it feels kinda good! Shall be nipping off soon for some cinnamon fruit toast and a cup of tea.

well day 4 today and I've gone over by about 6 points! Oops! Had a really yummy filling tea which took me to about 2ish over and then 2 chocolate orange segments fell into my mouth :-0 , think they are about 1.5 each? Anyways it's done now isn't it, could have eaten more and still feel positive and motivated to carry on, regardless do that's a bonus

completely off track...iv been looking for some funky wellies gor about a year now and never managed to find quite the right pair. Went into tk maxx the other day and they had the most ! gorgeous grey leopard print ones with baby pink soles - they sound gross but I think they are ace! Funky but yet not too in your face as I'm not too good with standyoutish! X

grrr @ next! what size are you charly? i could have a look at my local store for you if you want to see if they have any in your size? just tried to see if there was any on there website but it wont recognise the wellie search ebay has tons and tons though!

well today has been awful, ive been like some deranged woman whose never seen food before and gone very ott! feel very cross with myself BUT not disheartened, shall just have to prey for a sts on sunday!! why do we do it to ourselves eh?
