Well I'm glad I'm on weekly syns today as I messed up a bit lol. I'm blaming the gremlins as i had to take all 3 to town today to get things for our eldest who's got a residential trip with school tomorrow and the hubby was at work so I was stressed to the eyeballs.
I planned to have omelette for breakfast but ended up having toast (heb) with 2tsps of flora light (1 syn) and 4tsps of blackcurrant jam (2 syns).
I fed the kids in town but decided to wait until I got home for lunch by which time I was starving and as I had it in my head that I'd had the omelette for breakfast, I decided to have a ham salad sandwich on 2 slices of wholemeal toast (7 syns) with 2tsps of flora light (1 syn), lettuce and 40g of Asda 50% less fat coleslaw (2 syns). Seriously? 10 syns for lunch? I didn't even realise until I tried to add the bread to my sw diary and noticed I'd already added my heb lol. I also had 2 rollmops as the kids wanted to try them and I love them. Luckily they're syn free lol.
Sunday lunch (tea) was chicken minus the skin, mash, roasties, roast parsnips, carrot and swede mash, broccoli and cabbage with sw gravy (2 syns).
Pudding was fudge options mug cake (2.5 syns) with banana and custard mullerlight. It's the first time I've made the mug cake and although it was ok, I expected it to taste more chocolatey xx
Total syns for the day = 17.5
Total syns for the week = 71.5
