However... May is a 4 week month, are you sure you want to set such a big target? That works out at just over 4.5lbs each week.

Well it is your goal to set... I only mentioned it as I know I would be really upset if I set that as a goal and then got no where near it for whatever reason... not saying that will happen but I hope you know what I mean!
How about setting it at 8lbs for now and when (not if!) you smash that I'll change it for you!
