SW Food Diary - bikini body

Yes. I've got lots on as well I guess. With moving house at the start of last month, a job interview next week, and then my best friend hen do and wedding, and an old work friends wedding in May.

Hopefully I'll be a stone lighter by June 24th, we're also going all inclusive, but I do tend to eat a lot of salad on holiday so I'm hoping all the super free could outweigh the alcohol when I'm there :)
 
Chicken dhansak (didn't eat all the sauce as it was a lot sweeter than I remember) spicy lamb chops to start and a poppadum, salad with my curry and rice to up the super free ! Overall not a bad job I don't think. Need to work out my syns now.

Extra Easy

Breakfast
Summer berries, fat free greek style lemon yogurt, chopped banana

Lunch
Hearty bean soup (again) Melon and 2 x tangerines

Tea
Sirloin steak, roast potatoes, vegetables, mushrooms and onions.
Meringue nest (3 syns) Greek yogurt and Fruit.
 
No meringue and yog after tea as I was full. Alpen light apple and sultana and a hifi light for hexb's and then had a fruit crunch ryvita, teaspoon of choc spread and a banana after my 3 mile run.

Tomatoe, pepper, mushroom omelette with baked beans

Lunch
Hearty bean and veg soup. Mullerlight cherry yogurt with berry pot.

Tea
Stir fry vegetables and noodles in soy sauce.

Snacks
Grapes.

HexA: Skimmed Milk
HexB: Not sure yet.

I'm looking forward to the extra HexB lol may even have porridge for my super.

Do you have any tips/advice on red/green days?
 
First hex b today one of the Xmas pud bars melted with a toffee muller light nom nom !! It was delicious especially with the banana on top too.

I'm feeling pretty bloated today though. Hungry but bloated... And when I weighed myself this morning no weight change which I thought there might be as I'd put the 0.5lb on at weigh in on Tuesday.

Oh well! We will see what happens this weekend. Sticking to plan though.

Yesterday I had b: 0% total Greek yog, berries.
Banana, 2 x alpen light bars
Lunch: gammon and 2 fried eggs. Salad and peas. All from wetherspoons so will need to count oil. Gin and slimline. 10 syns?
Tea: stirfry veg, prawns. Soy sauce.
 
B: porridge and strawberries
L: tuna salad. Muller light.
T: jacket potato and beans. Salad.

I'm feeling a bit ergh today. Lots on this week. Ands sneaky peak this morning has shown that I've sts :-(
 
Morning Jennie, keep off those scales haha. They'll only make you feel crap if they don't show a loss. At the end of the day the only scales that matter is the ones that you step on, at WI on a Tuesday :)

Are you still feeling bloated? Have you been drinking plenty of water?

I had a bash at a Green day the other week and my body didn't like it at all. Too many carbs makes me reeeeally bloated so I just can't hack them. I love Red days though, they make me so full, 90% of the time I don't use all my syns for that day because of the extra HExB you get :)

I'd maybe try today as a red day and keep away from the carbs, and definitely up your water intake.
 
Oh Mrs, stop peeking, it's so rubbish for you! Emma's advice is brill, lots of water, and avoid carbs for a bit.

I've got a tuna salad for lunch and I got mince out for tea, so I can make something with that and vegetables.
I've never done a red day before, not sure why, as the main carb I love is bread, and I rarely eat that now. Maybe on a breakfast at the weekend sometimes.

I'm keeping a check on my water today, I have started drinking green tea too. I had one with my breakfast and I'll try and have another before bed. Think I'm just feeling a bit sorry for myself, and the scales I know. I think I might take the battery out of them so I can't use them at all.

Did you like the Green tea?. Don't sweat about it Hun, we all have down days, look at it in the way of even if you're not losing, you're getting SO much healthier!

Yes, loved the green tea. I've got plain ones, and pear and apple ones, but i've read somewhere about salted caramel and gingerbread tea bags... I think I need to give those a try.
