Morning Jens, happy new SW week!
How are you feeling today? Have you got everything planned out?

I'm feeling on plan and ready to run with it today. I had a few treats last night to try and get it out of my system, only a small wine and a small kinder chocolate bar but I knew I had no syns left but felt I needed them. I've planned today so far, but need to sit and figure what meals we're having for the rest of the week.
Todays Food Diary
Breakfast: Plums, mango and raspberries. Toffee Weightwatchers Yogurt and a cup of fruit brew. I've also had half a litre of water so far and a cup of green tea.
Snack: Banana and apple.
Lunch: Hearty bean and veg soup. Melon.
Snack: 2 x Alpen lights (Hex B), Sweet and Sour Mug Shot.
Tea: SW Chicken curry, spinach and baby tomatoes. Chickpea Dahl Loaf. 1 x ww chocolate digestive (2 syns). Grapes.
One thing I am struggling with at the minute is getting my HexA in. I've never really measured it before as I just use skimmed milk and I know I'll never go over the 350ml. Not sure how I'm going to keep getting this all in.
