SW Food Diary - bikini body

Morning Jens, happy new SW week! :)

How are you feeling today? Have you got everything planned out?

I'm feeling on plan and ready to run with it today. I had a few treats last night to try and get it out of my system, only a small wine and a small kinder chocolate bar but I knew I had no syns left but felt I needed them. I've planned today so far, but need to sit and figure what meals we're having for the rest of the week.

Todays Food Diary

Breakfast: Plums, mango and raspberries. Toffee Weightwatchers Yogurt and a cup of fruit brew. I've also had half a litre of water so far and a cup of green tea.

Snack: Banana and apple.

Lunch: Hearty bean and veg soup. Melon.

Snack: 2 x Alpen lights (Hex B), Sweet and Sour Mug Shot.

Tea: SW Chicken curry, spinach and baby tomatoes. Chickpea Dahl Loaf. 1 x ww chocolate digestive (2 syns). Grapes.

One thing I am struggling with at the minute is getting my HexA in. I've never really measured it before as I just use skimmed milk and I know I'll never go over the 350ml. Not sure how I'm going to keep getting this all in.

I'm definitely getting back on track. Had a tough week, have to go for a 2nd interview today for my job (Don't ask as I'm pretty upset about the whole thing) and my parents are away so I'm trying to look after my nanna who has gone a little bit nuts recently with nightmares and hallucinations. So I think I've just kind of not thought properly last week what is going in my mouth, whereas this week. I'm going to make the extra effort to write, photo everything.

Sometimes life gets in the way, there's always going to be times when people have a slip, and it's normally because we've been triggered by something out of our control - a lot of us are comfort eaters! Sorry to hear you've been having a tough time. You'll do great this week and you'll probably get a bigger loss because you've shocked your body a bit with last week!

Yes exactly, it seems to be happening once a month at the moment. Just noticed I've had one gain a month, and when I look back at Weightwatchers card its exactly the same too...! Oh well, I can deal with that for now.

I'll let you know how I get on this afternoon, might need a rant later lol.

Also. Has anyone made chickpea dahl loaf? I'm thinking of giving it a go later on.
 
Thanks Rosie! I'm very determined now to lose this week. Even though I've got a wedding on friday, I'm going to work out how many syns I'll need and go from there with everything.

Breakfast: Bacon, egg, LM RO & R sausage, baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms.

Lunch: Hearty bean soup. Chickpea Dahl Loaf. Banana, tangerines, Grapes.

Snacks: 2 x Alpen Lights

Tea: Jacket potato and tuna with natural yogurt and garlic.

Everything went well yesterday, so I'm officially now on the next band up at work, with more responsibility etc which is what I really wanted. Got my best friends wedding tomorrow, so having my nails done after work as a treat :)

Managed to stay on plan yesterday, treated myself to a brew and ww chocolate digestive (2 syns)

Hope you are ok.

How are you getting your nails done? I love weddings! Hope you have a fab day tomorrow. Oh and huge congrats on the work front, that's great :) xx
 
Brilliant, so glad it's working out for you. I love a good wedding, though I'm a total wimp, cry at them all the time!

Thanks everyone!!!! I'm feeling so good today!!! Hair is now up and just going to get my hair done as we speak.

Food will be a hard though but I'll do my best

I possibly ate and drank everything in sight last night! Way over syns allowance!!!!!!!
BUT, we had a fantastic night and it was well worth it. Making Pork burgers tonight for tea should be lovely.
My wage should go up next month since getting my pay rise so going to be booking another holiday with my little sister too woop.
