Its not that it's not allowed, you would just need to syn it instead of have it free. You would syn it as if you were on a red day having potato.
And I totally agree that all consultants should give the same info, some like to be a bit militant..

I had the warbs wrap last week and I much preferred it, no messing about! I still have smash in the cupboard but it will be kept for it's intended use!
