Since Friday, I've switched for propoints to SF. I work out 5-6 times a week and was constantly hungry on propoints. I'm loving SF so far and am enjoying planning eating again without worrying about eating weeklies/AP's etc. my food diary is on the propoints section if anyone wants to follow for food ideas etc. ill be having a nose through your diaries I hope that's ok
