Syn Free BBQ Sauce?

Morning all,

I've been searching for a syn fre BBQ sauce for when i make tea tonight and haven't been able to find one, I'm on extra easy.

Any ideas?

agreed my lovely wife made that last night, was delicious.

why dont you tone it down a little by adding a bit more passata think I added a touch more to mine

Thats what i did, i added more passata it was fab, ive used it in lasagne, hunters chicken and bbq sauages so far, got some stashed in the freezer

I'd make this to go with Uncle Ben's egg fried rice (2.5 syns for half a pack!)

I make this alot!! LOVE IT, haha

I have it with Quorn fillets/pieces
Put it on meat balls
Use it as a dip
Coat chicken in it
Add it to stir frys
