HI,

After keeping the weight off for a year, it has now gone straight back on in a month. Not sure why, but going to start with my diet.

Can i have the syn values for:

Asda good for you plain nan breads and pataks madras curry sauce please?

Both will be 1 syn per 20 calories as neither qualify for a free food allowance, so you can work it out from the packet HTH
