Hi Guys

Im a newbie on here and Im doing it myself this time, All is going well (sa far) Going to Group is a great benefit but i work funny hours so cant get to classes, Im quite motivated 'this' time, but it only takes a wobble for me to fall off the wagon, which is were group helps, also i struggle with finding syn values and was wondering apart from the directory was there an online list/database of syns??

you can join on line and then get access to the on line directory other than that google it.

As you already pay to go to group, you have access to syns on line which includes the database and syns calculater. HTH

ooh sorry i read your post wrong I thought you meant you couldn't get to group x
