Hi everyone! Went shopping at Aldi for the first time yesterday as I really wanted to try the Optifit yoghurts I've seen so many people talk about on here, decided we would do our weekly shop there and save some cash! Well I got tempted by things I haven't seen before :eek: and bought 'Northern Catch' chilli and lime sole goujons and chilli and lemon pink salmon fillets - can anyone help with the syn values for these please? Probably high but at least I can syn them if I know and not just pretend they are free!!! Thanks :)

geesh thats a lot haha... glad I didn't eat it.... is it me or do they seem a lot smaller now then when we were kids?
 
lol everythings smaller that when we were kids. cadbury creme eggs hardly worth buying now days....lol not that i would anyway now...cor just thought easters gonna be a toughy ..hang on lets get christmas over with first mindy lol
