Syns instead of HEXB

Not going to be using my 2nd HEXB today so is there any way I can use the syns instead (eg. use the 6 syns from my HEXB on something else). Hope Ive explained myself, know what i mean to say but hard to explain.

dont think you can as it defeats the object of it being a HEB ... sorry if this doesnt make sense lol xxx

yep unfortunatley you can't do this, your HEa's are to make sure you get the recommend calcium in your diet and the HEb's are for your fibre. Hence why there are only select choices for each.
