There are a few c25k threads, join them for encouragement too. Read them n see how well it works, all helps motivate x
 
Men! I have eaten less, I weigh more, I exercised more and in the last two weeks he las lost more weight! He makes me feel my 6 lb is nothing! And 6lb in two weeks is good but he has made me feel I have fallen short.

Gotta keep going, om hoping for another 4 lbs in the next three weeks for my race so despite feeling quite deflated I am gonna battle on.... X
 
6lbs is great, and boys are smelly and lose weight quicker, you know that. I think you're doing really well not to sabotage his efforts (the vindictive in me would be inclinded to take over sometimes) xx

I have! Been making dinner for girls and leaving him what's left! Buying biscuits, the lot lol n he has still done better. Need to up my efforts (in getting him lol). He says himself he doesn't know how he done it :-( x
 
There's something about where boys store their fat compared to girls, and it's easier for it to come off, damn them. We only keep then around to cut the grass.

Yeah, n they don't always even cut the grass! I've made lentil soup.... Ideas how to "improve" his?? Lol

Having a wobble... So was an id yesterday. Up today and tomorrow and then alternate downs and ups from Wednesday onwards... Hope it helps me! X
 
First proper up day for a while, ny goodness. Bloated! Up again tomorrow. Unless I can make it an id, see how it goes. Then down on Wednesday in preparation for daughters 3rd birthday on Thursday :) nit sure what scales gonna say as not had many proper ups for a while but I don't mind whilst I get into "swing" again x
 
I know what you mean about bloated! I had a dd today and meant to be an UD tomorrow but considering a ID cos I feel like a whale! When is your next weigh in?

Another up day today, going to actually have meals today, starting with breakfast! Dunno when last had breakfast! And I am going to eat an enjoy fruit. Planned on running today also but knee is a bit sore? Woke up with it, will see how that goes.

Morning Alison, OH s eh, me and OH started Atkins once he had to stop after a week as he lost a stone !!! he only wanted to shed a few extra pounds :mad: You are doing brilliantly :)
I love breakfast its my favourite meal of the day !!! Hope you have a good day Hun xx
