T4A's Diary -1 x 100% day under my belt

Thanks Weemo, not sure if this week is going to reflect well on the scales. I feel bulkier today than I've felt in a while and a little visitor arrived (hence the haribo craving yesterday).

I'm keeping positive and just finished my weetabix with hot milk and banana and have half a cooked chicken in my fridge for later so if I have a good day today then hopefully, fingers crossed, I'll feel less bulky tomorrow for weigh day !

Agggggghhhhhh sometimes this is tough :sigh:
 
Its weigh in day today and I'm quite excited. I haven't been 100% as I've had a wedding, weekend away and a meal out on Monday (which I've tried to syn) but all in all I'm pleased with my first week efforts. I've tried to introduce new things to my diet including more RED days and I think I've lost although not as much as I would have if I'd been 100%.

A loss is a loss and no matter if its 1 or 2 lbs then I'll be happy.

Roll on weigh in later x

Gem ya goose, I've not done 100% lol, far from it. I'm not as good as you :)

Will try for this week though hehe!

2lbs gone woohoo........

not bad considering I've not been 100% but 2lbs a week could equal 5stone by the end of the year, now thats made me grin :D
 
Ok so week 2 has started and I'm going to try my best to stick to 100%.

Whats gonna stop me:-

1. Not being prepared and having the right things in the cupboard
2. Managing my weekend
3. Excersise of some description every day
4. Choose food wisely at the company conference
5. Save as many syns as poss for the company conference then flexi syn it
6. Find something every day that makes me smile

Off to make some egg and toast.

Oh I feel great today. Don't know why, but I do.

Yesterday I had a good food day and today I feel less bulky.

I need to hang onto that feeling and use it to keep me motivated.

Now having Prince Charming wander into my life today would just make it complete.:sigh:

I've had a good weekend so far. Had my very first EE day yesterday and it worked, OMG it worked. I ate sensibly all day and then for my dinner in the evening I had a lovely oven roasted chicken breast, SW Chips and Beans.

Today I'm having Eggs and lean (fat chopped off bacon) for lunch and then for dinner I've got some roast beef, veg and I'm going to cook some baby new pots with that and use my syns for some gravy.

I woke this morning and had a sneaky peek at the scales as I felt less bulky and had a delightful surprise. I'm sure that may regulate out over the next few days until weigh in but never the less it was a nice surprise.

There are NO MORE EXCUSES. I'm going for goal this time.
 
Happy Monday.

So far so good, I had a wee incident last night with a packet of crisps and a fudge and then another packet of crisps and another fudge. God knows what was wrong with me but I wanted them and I had them. So a wee bit over on syns for me yesterday but I've never had even close to my full quota of syns this week so hopefully everything will be ok.

Got a company conference this week and i've just been sent the menu's for the 2 buffet lunches (buffet means I can choose) and the FIVE :eek: course evening meal. YIKES !!!!

Will have to bring out those phantom allergies in order to avoid some of the food me thinks.........

How was your weekend? I must admit EE is a great plan but i dont tend to do it any more as it seems the days i do EE i tend to go off the rails.
So when is your wi day?
 
Hi Gemma,

My weigh in day is Wednesdays. I find that EE is better for me at the weekends that way I can plan a "normal meal" for dinner and not have to worry about substituting quorn for meat or not having rice/pots/pasta with meat. It just seems to make it easier at the weekends.

During the week I'm firmly on my Red/Green but I've been trying to have more RED days as when I did SW last year I got stuck doing ALL Green days and got right fed up with pasta/rice all the time with the same quorn sauces.

We'll see this week at weigh in, I already feel my clothes looser.

How are you doing this week? Good luck for your wi. I am gonna try and maybe do ee of a weekend if i feel im getting stuck. I do find red are easier for me as i love meat and fish. But i do have the few odd green days.
