T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Yay Saturday!

B - blueberries, raspberries and banana with fat free natural yogurt.

L - (very light lunch between getting back from body conditioning and heading off to the pub!) HEXB toast with HEXA phili and marmite. Some quorn pieces, left over potatoes from last night and sugar snap peas.

No idea what we're eating later. We'll be in the pub this afternoon for the rugby, but I think I'll be sticking to diet coke!

EDIT: managed to stick to diet coke during the game. We're home for dinner, then off out again.

OH wanted a starter as we both had a light lunch.

S - more toast! (second part of my HEXB) with quark and marmite.

D - Linda M sausages with mash and veg. (cheese in the mash for my other HEXA) with 2 syns worth of gravy

Will use some syns to have a rum or 2 later.

Lazy Sunday morning and thankfully I'm not too achy from body conditioning! Will miss next week, as we're off to Twickenham for the rugby.

B - blueberries, strawberries and the few grapes I could salvage, with fat free natural yogurt.

I was nice enough to make my OH scrambled eggs on toast, but didn't really want my HEXB this morning. There's mash left over from last night, so will be making some fish cakes later.

We're off to Iceland and Asda this morning; bit of a walk, but worth it to get some different things in.

Well done on being 'restrained' with the Rum :D
Like how you 'salvaged' some grapes:D
I find that annoying to sort through fruit like grapes, blueberries etc to pick out the 'off' ones to throw, why can't they all be decent ?! :D

Tell me about it! Although, it was probably my fault for forgetting them and leaving them languishing in the bottom of the fridge.

Big Asda shop done, so I can get my meals planned for the week now.

L - mugshot, sugar snap peas and carrots. HEXB BFree Wrap with HEXA philidelphia and marmite. (the wraps have a really odd texture, nice for a change, but I don't think I'll be rushing out to buy them again)

D - homemade fish cakes. Served with lots of veg.
Alpro - 5/5.5 syns.

I know that next Saturday is going to be fairly heavy going, so will try and be sensible during the week. Making some roasted veg soup to take for lunches at work.

They're the b-free foods multi-grain, wheat and gluten free. I found them just with the other bread - although I was expecting them to be in the Free From section. Packaging looks like this:

The texture is a bit odd, but it is nice to have something other than toast for my B choice!

Just put a batch of syn free scones in the oven and have sweet potato and butter nut squash roasting with garam masala for my soup

thanks for that! x
At least i know what to look out for now :)
soup sounds good, have yet to attempt another one, slightly put off after my stock cube flavoured butternut squash soup! LOL

I blended a tin of mixed beans, tin of tomatoes and tin of creamed corn, then added the veg and blended again. It only needed about half a litre of stock to make it the right consistency. Added some chili flakes at the end, because it was a bit sweet.

I also made far too much fish cake mixture... but annoying, as I've done my meal planning for the week and it was working out to be a lot of green days. Will be eating up fish cakes at this rate and having to have EE days instead!

Just to point out that they're not in the bread section in Asda, they're in the "Free From" section. They ARE a bit weird texture wise but they make a great "pizza" base.

They're were with the normal bread in my Asda - so I found them quite by accident!

Monday - having a green day today

B - blueberries, raspberries and banana with fat free natural yogurt. A clementine.

S - carrots and sugar snap peas

L- homemade soup and a couple of smash scones. Melon and mango. Free cherry yogurt.

S - HEXB toast with HEXA cheese and marmite and some quorn pieces.

D - mushroom risotto with roasted veg. Other HEX for some cheese on top!

Alpro (5.5) and I may syn some creme fraiche for the risotto.

Hungry when I got home, so had my extra HEXB for a couple of Alpen light bars. Won't be eating until later tonight, so didn't want tummy rumbling away whilst I'm in my session!

Looking forward to risotto later. Forgot to check the date on the creme fraiche, but my guess would be that it just needs to be chucked out.

On another note- my soup was lovely and I'd definitely recommend blitzing a tin of mixed beans into soup.

Well - the creme fraiche was well a truely out of date, so didn't add that!

Tuesday - here's hoping it goes quickly! EE today!

B - banana, raspberries and strawberries with fat free natural yogurt. A clementine.

S - carrots and sugar snaps

L- soup and scones. Free fruit yogurt. Mango and melon.

S - Toast (HEXB) with marmite and cheese (HEXA) Boots onion rings (3 syns)

D - oven roasted haddock, topped with quark and seasoning. Served with potatoes, cabbage, carrots and leeks (?) - I need to pick up some more veg!
Alpro (5.5 syns)

Total syns: 8.5
