T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Trust me - lesson learned! I will not be repeating that. Combination of not drinking that much recently/ drinking things I don't normally drink and lack of food on the day! Entirely my fault - especially as I remember being the one to go and buy shots. My own stupid idea!

It's fine, Autumn internationals are finished, so there will be a lot less weekends where I want to drink! I shall be sticking to my diet cokes for a while. (at least until I can walk without being in pain!)
 
No soup for lunch. Being an idiot... I managed to put the top back on, after I'd microwaved it, resulting in the lid becoming well and truely stuck. I really need to have a word with myself today!
 
Toast and phili is helping with the lack of soup! And I got a packet of Shapers prawn cocktail spirals (3.5 syns) And a couple of cold new potatoes with a bit of may (2 syns)

Imagine I will have an Alpro for dinner tonight (5.5)- 11 syns total for today

Tuesday and it's an EE day. We're out tonight for a friends birthday, but I will be sticking to diet cokes.

B - blueberries, raspberries and banana with fat free natural yogurt.

S- carrots, sugar snaps and cherry tomatoes

L - SW quiche with salad and new potatoes. Free fruit yogurt. Blackberries, nectarine and grapes.

S - HEXB toast with marmite and quark

D - tuna pasta with HEXA cheese

I nearly bought some of those sugar snap peas this eve, but it said about cooking them, did you say you eat them raw? :)
 
Yup - just munch them raw! They're lovely.

So, the place we went to had an amazing rum selection... I couldn't not allow myself an El Dorado 12 year on the rocks! (2.5) and having an alpro now we're home (5.5) Total syns for the day-8

L - mushroom soup (I have a new container which will avoid the issues of Monday!) Blackberries, nectarine and grapes. Free fruit yogurt.

S- HEXB toast with HEXA cheese and marmite

D - quorn chili with rice

Will deal with the syns and the remaining HE's as the come up!
 
I kind of made it up as I went along to be honest....

I used chesnut mushrooms, because I think they have more flavour.

Fry off onions in garlic fry light until soft. Add mushrooms for a few minutes until they're released some of their water. I added a tin of butter beans, to give it a bit more body, then blended with veg stock. It's quite a thick soup, I also added roasted butternut squash and sweet potato to this one! Tasted as I went along and seasoned. I'm terrible for not following recipes; especially when it comes to soup!
 
My cheap black cardigan decided to give up on me today, so popped to the shops on my way home. New Look were lacking in cardigan, but made up for it in lovely new ankle boots (and 30% off!) So I went to BHS for a cardi and managed to get Secret Santa for work sorted too.

Had a wrap for my HEXB in the end and then a couple of Alpen light cereal bars as my additional B! OH has just got home and declared he's making himself a mugshot... so I think I'll join him in having one of those too!

Alpro - total syns for the day 5.5

got some for my daughter to try and she didn't like them:rolleyes:, so i binned them lol, took her word and didn't try them myself :D
 
That's the ones... they're not great. But I'd forgotten to buy bread. I might use them for fajita's or something if I get them again.

L - SW quiche with salad and new potatoes. Strawberries, grapes, blackberries and nectarine. Free fruit yogurt.

S - cheeky toast with quark before weigh in for my HEXB
D- making the pasta from the other day into a pasta bake, with HEXA cheese.

1lb off! Which is a bit of a miracle considering...
Now only 0.5 away from getting my 2 stone award

Yea, planning not to stumble over this one! Hah - easier said that done though. Out with work for Christmas meal tomorrow and then again with friends on Monday. I will probably stay off the booze, but I know that the food isn't going to be totally on plan. Think I'll be making a big batch of speed soup to stay on track!
