T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

I'm glad you had a good night last night. Surely all the dancing would make up for all the drinks though :D

These spiralisers are intriguing! Hope the curly fries turn out well :)
 
Hehe, i tried making the curly fries this afternoon too!
added some paprika, put them in my airfryer, all was going well ...checked on them ..thought ..need a couple more mins....then forgot about them!...timer finished and they were burnt! :D
I wanted to make courgette spaghetti.....but there were no courgettes when i was shopping in asda yesterday!:rolleyes:
have also made sw quiches too.....must be a cooking day for quite a few of us :D
 
Yup, busy kitchen day! There weren't many courgettes around here either?! Tesco had totally sold out - very strange. Acti-fryer would probably be better than oven for curly fries. Thing we just had too much on the baking tray, so some of them steamed, rather than baking.

Meh Monday again. I feel exhausted and it's cold out. At least it's a short week.

B - quark (p) with vanilla syrup and frozen mixed summer berries (raspberries, blackberries, black currants and red currants ;all S)

S- carrots, sugar snaps and tomatoes (all S). Alpen light bars x2 (HEXB1)

L - spiralised salad of cucumber, courgette and celery (s) with quark and tuna (p) Home made butter nut (s), cauliflower (s) and butter bean (p) soup. Mini quiches (loads of S and P from cottage cheese and eggs!)

S - HEXB2 toast with HEXA cheese.

D - left over seafood curry with butter nut squash wedges.
 
I'm a constant craver apparently and should be doing 5:2. :confused:

I know myself well enough to not take any notice of that, I would be an absolute bear on fast days. That's one diet I have never attempted as I know for sure how miserable it would make me!
 
Hehe plan on catching up later this week. Silent Witness and Broadchurch were far more important last night!

Tuesday - EE day today. And I've got lots of little snacks, because I won't be home until late after my course.

B - pear, nectarine, strawberries and blackberries with fat free natural and greek yogurt.

L - cottage cheese with jacket potato. Mango. Free fruit yogurt.

D - LM sausuage and mash - with have Low Low spread as my HEXA.

S - carrots, sugar snaps and cherry tomatoes. 2 x Alpen light bars, HEXB. Pack of velvet crunch cheese and onion (4.5 syns)
 
Had 1 syn worth of gravy with my sausage and mash.

So that's 11 syns including the alpro I plan to have shortly!

I might have to have some chocolate as well... having waited in the snow and other general horribleness for over 2 hours, I feel it's justified! I've been home nearly an hour, had a hot shower and layered clothes on... but still struggling to feel warm.
 
bbrrr seriously cold this morning! Traffic was horrific again, I still in work on time, but hate feeling rushed in the mornings.

SP day today!

B - frozen berries with quark and vanilla syrup.

S - carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes and sugar snaps

L - home made soup with spiralised salad and mini quiches. Melon.

Have 2x alpen light bars to have throughout the day (HEXB1)

Will have toast with cheese for my 2nd HEXB and HEXA.

D - vegetable stir-fry; going to put the spiraliser to work again to makes loads of veggie noodles. Will probably have it with quorn chicken pieces for some extra P!
