T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

I shall :) Only buying one bottle, so once it's gone it's gone.
 
I know what you mean, in the pub there is no way I would stick to just one pint! It's much easier at home. I'm not a fan of quark, if it's not too sour then I may try it, as I do like raspberries.
 
I don't think I could have that resolve in the pub, so I will stick to diet coke! I have got an Arla Protein thing to try - it's quark and raspberry; 1 syn for the 200g pot and only 61p in Tesco at the moment.

Is that a drink or yoghurt?
Pub lunch sounds good :)

It's a yogurt.

Pub lunch was amazing. Red pepper rosti was delicious, as always! And I was extra naughty and had pudding; a baked custard with raspberries and apple and spun sugar. Yummy

You had a pudding?!

I got told NO after my carvery, that i couldn't have some choc fudge cake with ice-cream by OH & Donna !:( :D

Don't need to feel better about it! No guilt at all, especially as I totally and thoroughly enjoyed it. I know that I'll be straight back on it tomorrow.

Monday again... Should feel relaxed after a nice weekend, but the fact that I've come in and there are already calls queuing does nothing to put me in a good mood. Should hopefully hear about the other job this week. And at least I have Pilates to look forward to tonight.

B - banana, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries with fat free natural yogurt.

L - small salad. Jacket potato with cottage cheese. Free lemon and lime yogurt. Pineapple and apple.

D - baked eggs recipe from the magazine.

S - HEXB bread with part HEXA phili and Marmite. Sugar snaps, carrots and cherry tomatoes with mini phili pot (other half HEXA)
 
Tuesday and looking forward to a free evening for a change.

L - leftover baked eggs from last night, with some salad. Free lemon and lime yogurt. Pineapple and mango.

D - pasta with a HEXA of cheese.

S - pear. Sugar snaps, cherry tomates and carrots.

Will work out syns and my HEXB later on!

I have never been to a theatre....
