Hello to anyone reading this
I'm Chubbywitch and I LOVE food!
I've been successful with SW many times, I've lost 2 & a half stone on the EE plan but over time I got a little comfortable and honestly the lbs just creep on if I don't keep watch!
So here I am again; my first WI was yesterday and I'm down 4lbs & back to the 10s.
I'm in the gym regularly, eating well and taking part in a slimming challenge so hopefully will see some results soon!
I'm sick at the moment so I haven't been overly hungry and today has looked like this:
B: egg white omelette with mushrooms, onion, tomatoes and feta cheese
L: cauliflower rice with onion, peppers & tempeh
D: Nothing
Had 3 litres water between the lemsips & hot water and lemon.
With the tempeh, this is a vegan meat alternative (I only eat fish, tofu & tempeh). I can't find any details on tempeh but I feel like it should be a hexb as there are 6g fibre per 85g. I'm not sure though so if anyone has an answer let me know please!
Happy slimming everyone!
