Hi all
Ive finally ordered the bumper shakes pack, lost 11lbs on cd for two weeks (leftover packs) but started eating badly and tried healthy eating/exercise but too addicted to fast results lol. So put 3lbs back on so quite good I think considering how much I eat! Anyway still getting the cd bars, got 25 for 3 weeks, so might get more when I'm finished.
Anyway just had a question bout exercise and exante. I've started doing the 30 day shred and on day 3. I've noticed my body is toning up a bit more but just wondered if it's ok to continue on exante?
