this is my first 'proper' day of eating but i have a confession to make before i start, i was a little piggy last night and made myself quite ill! i had my weigh in with my consultant, i lost 2lbs so im currently dead on 9st (not this morn tho!) and instead of just seeing out my first 'down' day, i ended up having a doner kebab and chocolate for afters! i felt guilty later so i got the kettlebell out and did half an hour of squats, swings and general toning with it. aching this morning now but got up in the night and was sick as a dog, felt so ill, i nearly phoned my mother! so learned my lesson there! good thing is im not hungry at all this morn and im going for lunch this afternoon so will be having something nice instead of my original plan of weetabix for brekkie then tuna mayo sandwich for lunch! not really an ideal way to start an Up day as i had planned to be good but i'll have a tidy dinner tonight to compensate then its a down day tomorrow to get back on track!
weighed this morn and i was 9st then 9st 1lb so i've already gone up as i was 8st 13lbs yest morn on the house scales but then until i get into the swing of JUDDD, i wont know my true first week weight until around next saturday after my down day on the friday. so bit of a blip at the start but today is really my focus to get through my first proper Up day. will be exercising tonight after work, 30 day shred and some kettlebell toning again then will have a nice shower and cheese and bacon pasta bake for dins with a slice of cheesecake to follow. weirdly im looking forward to my down day tomorrow as i still feel like a right bloater after yesterday's binge!
