Well I've been really bad past couple of days, went to tgi's last night n stuffed my face, then pics n had revels :-0! Back on track today tho. Hope I haven't done too much damage! Xx

Thanks hun! You lost any more?? I'm on the 1000 plan now. Had porridge for breakfast (normal porridge) lunch was an apple, cd bar and 6 crabsticks. Dinner is boiled eggs and mushrooms. A shake for later. 1000 plan is fab x
 
Straight back on plan today: 1000 plan:
Porridge

Apple/cd bar/ 6 seafood sticks

Scrambled egg n mushrooms
Cd shake
 
Ooh another 1000cal planner. I can't find many round here. I'm on day 4 and throughly enjoying it. Did get a shock weighing out my baked potato portion though. It's teeny weeny!! :) I'll keep reading to see how you get on/ for meal ideas and inspiration x

How is 1000 going? I have an appointment to see my CDC tomorrow (finally!) and can't wait to start. OH is restarting too :) x

Not very adventurous yet just seeing how my weigh in goes this 1st week. I have bought some ainsley Harriot flavoured cous cous though 178cal per portion to have with roasted green peppers. Looks good :)

Well somebody in my dept brought in homemade muffins for our meeting. I resisted until it reached 5:30 and the meeting was still in full swing. I had boiled egg on two granary toast for dinner today too. I've got a calorie counter app on my phone which I'm using to check my cals. I know I'm not doing the 1000 plan 100% but to be honest, I'm 4lbs from target and am trying to change my relationship to food. I'm still sticking to around 1000 cals a day, still having cd products and all my water. I definitely still want to reach my target and I definitely don't want to put on weight so I'm hoping that this will work for me. If I don't lose anything this week, I'm going to follow the cd plan 100%.
 
I think that's a good idea. Like you say, you've got to find a long term way to eat. It'll probably take some time to settle into what is right for you to maintain in the long term.

Can't believe you are so close to goal! It's amazing!

Thanks sweetie! I know! I can't believe it. I did reset my target to 9st but now I've lost another 6lbs, I think that's too low an 9st 7 is probably a healthier looking weight for me. And probably more realistic at keeping off/maintaining. I'm having muesli/natural yogurt or porridge for breakfast, along with a cd bar for lunch so I'd say 80% following the plan. I've had max 2 pieces fruit a day and I'm mixing up the dinners a bit off plan. So, thinking realistically I should still slowly lose. I'm not in any rush to get the last few pounds off and have sworn to work up through the steps. Calorie-wise I am doing this, but with a twist I suppose hahaha!! I still need minis tho, I love reading people's diaries and the support on here if I'm having a s*** day! X
 
Aw wow Tano your doing fab petal :) 1000 always was a plan I preferred because of the yogurts and cereal choices.

I think you are doing enviously well! I remember last time around my fatal mistake was not moving up the plans and spending enough time on 1000 cals. My plan this time is to dukan it up, Do you remember Missy Jo and Lily? I think they both did Dukan after CD (for a time at least)

Kudos for resisting those muffins BTW.

Dukan is fab, I did it before. It's BLOODY expensive tho on all that fish n meat haha. I'm sure you'll do fab on it hunny x
