Wow! 2 classes, that's fab! I used to love LBT but my gym doesn't do it! Try bloody should as it's so expensive! I have zero

Lol u should give it a try zumba is so addictive!yeh I'm doing alot more exercise now since staring ww feel great for it and finally getting rid of my flabby tum left from having my son lol.did an hour walk in forest also today.think I'll have a day off tomorro tho,maybe just a stroll into town.if I can walk after tonightthat is lol.how's the spinning?never tried it?I don't go to a gym I go to a fitness studio with an instructor,will hav to c if she does spinning and maybe try it xx

Yep spinning was good, it's a killer tho! I'm going to ache tomoz! I've got another spin class booked for Friday an I'm going to swim on sat morning. Sunday and Monday's I'll not exercise as Monday is my weigh day. X

Back to bloody work today so I'm up early. OH is well impressed as it's absolute torture for him getting up and leaving me in bed haha! I'm going to do a light workout at the gym, rather than pilates and go straight from work tonight. Can't be arsed to wait around until 7pm to go to the class. I'm really aching today from spinning, my legs and arms??? Are killing me.
Taking crispbread and low fat cheese spread into work today and chilli tonight YUM!!! I feel a littl lighter now than I did on Tuesday. No bread makes a HUGE difference to how I feel. X
 
Enjoy ur first day back!my legs were killing me this morning took me a while to get them working as they should!oo I've chilli also for tea but I've got a ready meal 1 as my oh is so fussy and won't eat it so not worth making from scratch.had a lovely scrambled egg,grilled tomatoes and slice of toast for brekkie!feeling good!xx

Ok so here's my food plan for tomorrow as OH is out watching football with te boys and I'm going spinning:
Friday:
Breakfast: granola/banana/Nat yog =8
highlights (1)

Lunch: red pepper houmous and crackerbread =8
Snack a jacks (3)

Dinner mushroom & cheese omelette bacon and tomatoes (9)

Spinning for 45 mins
Used 29 dailies! At least I'll be too busy working to eat!!! X
 
Yeh they are nice the ww mallows, good at only 1 pp too! thats a bugger that u have to go back! Least u got ur chilli to look forward to xx
 
Mmm I like crabsticks! When I used to do slimming world they used to b ss foods, think that meant it sped up ur weight loss! Either that or just healthier choice! Haha x
