Smoked sausage n BBQ sauce
1 seeded bread n butter
Activia yogurt

Apple
Prawn stir fry with chilli noodles
Half small melon

Went gym for an hour too

TOTM has arrived with a vengeance effing thing x

I'm back. Had a lovely weekend and the wedding was bloody amazing! Ate and drank loads! Bring on the slimming world bonanza! Haven't been fasting at all while away so need to get straight back on that tomorrow!!! X
