Hey beauty!!!! I couldn't go in the end yesterday because the coach left for the festival at 10am so I wouldn't have had time! I have lot of tuition this week so I will probably wait till next sat now but I am starting the plan tomorrow! Food shopping today! Be prepared for lots of syns questions hahahaha xxx

Egg n bacon sandwich

Lamb roast
Sticky toffee pudding n custard x

Ok sooooo day 1 tomorrow!!! I'll weigh in the morning.

Extra easy:
Breakfast: 2 weetabix n skimmed milk (HEX A&B)

Lunch: banana (free)
Mackerel in tomato sauce with salad (lettuce, toms, onion, beetroot) (free)
Coleslaw (3 syns)

Dinner: chicken and mushrooms with wholemeal pasta (Free) in a sundried tomato pesto (5 syns)

(8 syns)

Plus: 1 hour Kettlercise class :D

2HEXB 70g cocoa shreddies
Skimmed milk

Lunch: mackerel n salad will work out syns

Dinner: chilli con carne (no rice) will work out syns
 
Lunch: mackerel n salad (coleslaw = 3 syns)

Danio passion fruit yogurt =1.5 syns

Chilli = (8 syns for chilli mix and kidney beans)

12.5 syns :)
