I think that's a really good attitude to have, does that breakfast fill you up? Are u doing Extra Easy or Red & Green? X

No not yet, to be honest I'm going to see what happens with fertility appt on Thursday regarding meds etc. Once I have more info on fertility treatment, I'll think about targets, for now, my aim is to be a lower, healthy weight pre pregnancy xxx

I'm out for a Chinese tonight for lees birthday so will do EE and add up syns! Probs wipe a bulk of syns out tonight a I'm drinking too. I haven't been hopping yet Bec, but defo going to get lots of super free in there xxx

Ok... This was tough to work out as it was an all you can eat, in a real Chinese restaurant so we ordered lots of dishes which came up as small portions and shared between 4. I had 3 small glasses of red wine too and as best I can work out, I had 44 syns yesterday so 105-44 = 61 syns remaining for the week x

Yeah it defo is because I had prawn crackers and crispy duck haha... Oh and 3 red wine. It's probably more but it's too hrd to be totally accurate! At the end of the day, it's got to be better than what I was doing before haha! X
 
I'm still so bloated and feel full up its horrible!! So for breakfast I've had: 2 satsumas 1 banana Tea (HEXA)
 
Ok, now I'm starving haha! I need to go shopping but can't as I'm off to my nans for a roast beef dinner YUM HEAVEN!!!

Lunch: ham and boiled egg wholemeal sandwich (HEXB) with salad
Chocolate sponge cake (OH birthday yesterday) 16 syns

Dinner: roast beef dinner 6.5 syns
Jam roly poly n custard 17 syns

Total: 39.5 syns

Syns left: 21.5 for the week :)

Love that I've not deprived myself at all this weekend and I'm covered :) x
