Today I'm in a school trip. Have packed my lunch

Breakfast
(HEXA) coffee
Banana toastie (HEXB)

Lunch:
SW quiche (free)
2 satsumas (free)
Danio yogurt (1.5)
Panda liquorice bar (5.0)

Dinner will probably be sausage, SP chips and beans (4.5 syns)
Plus ketchup (1.0 syns)

Total 12 syns

I've never heard of it being made with Quark? I make mine with Asda Smart Price Cottage Cheese as it actually has Less Fat than the Low Fat one! X

I think they have more flavour. Heinz ones taste bland to me. They are quite high in points tho. Think they are 5pp for half large Tin xx
