Piri piri pork loin steaks, mixed Mediterranean veg and magic roast sweet potatoes (all free)

You put them in the oven in stock and apparently they Soak up the stick and go crispy on the outside so it's like soft inside and crunchy outside like a roast potato x

Awwww soz serena, no pic! They worked! Amazing!!! With proper potatoes they would have been even better! I'm gonna buy some normal pots this week and do them (I only buy sweet potatoes) x

No just fill the roasting tin up so it coveres the potatoes half way up x
