LOL! I don't we should be responsible or have suffer the consequences of what we do when we're having a drink ;)

It was only when I saw the plate and the knife this morning that I even remembered what I had before I went to bed last night :eek::(

Guess I can't complain about my little gain then :(

NOPE!! I'm embarrassed to say - if I hadn't used a plate I would still be in complete ignorance and protesting at how unfair my little gain was LOL (never mind about the chocs I've had in the week. I was pretty sure I'd done enough to make up for that & hoped to stay the same) but that last night together with TOO MANY v&cs make it reasonable :p xx

BTW - determined not to have too many v&cs tonight ..................... so I'm having wine instead :):):) xx

Tuesday 23rd Feb

B- sf shake

L- 2 egg fritata with ham, cucumber & tomatoe. Side of 100g stir fried veg & 100g pickled beetroot. (455cals)

D- nothing

Snacks

*1 banana (100cals)
*3 melba toasts, 1 cheese triangle, 1 slice of turkey (104cals)
*1 apple, 2 strawberries & ww pink grapefruit yog (100cals)

*500ml water
*1 black coffee with sweetner

So back to it today. Not sure how much good its doing me doing sf in the week and sat mornings then not sunday or monday but still, it gives me some control during the week which i like.

I guess im getting a little bit itchy as i want to weigh in but not going to untill saturday morning.

Saturday bf is taking me out for a chinese & sunday off to spain on the ferry so this weekend will be very very bad :sigh:

Edit: Got another totm. 4th one in 5 weeks :sigh: So im guessing my hair loss is down to a hormonal imbalanace as the blood tests came back fine and here i am with another totm :(

You are being very good and strong, by not weighing yourself, I just can help myself.

Laughing at Jan only remembering eating when she had eaten when she seen the plate - I have that many times too, after a lot of V+C's lol.

Tanya, just try and be extremely good now before your little trip away and I am sure it will be good for damage limitation, obviously when you are in Spain there will be a few nice nibbles for you chick.

What a out of routine non normal day so far!

Had work till 11:45 ... went to the gym, did 21mins on the treadmill and burnt 166 calories. Did 30minutes of swimming lengths (50lengths) and then 15mins in the sauna.

I then had training at the hotel where i work (also where i use the gym/pool etc) and have only just got home (3pm)!

Usually would have had lunch by now so naturally im pretty darn hungry.

Today i knew would be like this so i took 3 small carrots cut into sticks with me which i had throughout the morning to keep me 'satisfied' as i knew it'd be a late one for lunch.

So anyways on with it today is:

Wednesday 24th Feb

B- sf shake

L- baked chicken breast with fresh lemon slices, cooked veg and LF thousand island dressing & 1 babybell. 1 ww toffee apple yog.

D- nada

Snacks

*apple
*3 small carrots 3 slices of polony
*slice of roast chicken & cheese triangle

*1.5litres water

----------------------------------

I have no bananas, no money for shopping so today had an apple first thing, tomorrow guna have strawberries! :D :drool:

looks like you are doing well tanya, I had one of those tesco's shakes today, but I have to say found it a little sweet for my taste, but bought 3 for the price of 2 so will have to put up with it.
 
I've heard about the tesco ones - how much cheaper to SF are they? x
 
Thursday 25th Feb

B- sf shake

L- 150g quorn pieces cooked in 1/2 jar lf bolognaise sauce with mixed veg. Very small baked sweet pot (believe me this was tiny! Lol)

D- nada

snacks

*200g strawberries 1kiwi
*2 slices ham & 1cheese triangle
*1 apple, 1 kiwi, 2 slices of roast turkey

*1 litre water
*1 black coffee with sweetners

Edit: Just munched another slice of roast turkey.

not sure how much they were but cheaper than SF and currently 3 for the price of 2. I have to say I preferred Asda'a better which are 89p each.
 
Why are you feeling like rubbish?? Do you think it might be because your eating's been a bit eratic? (Don't hit me :eek:) ..... sometimes not your fault I know. But no dinners and these bits of snacks .... ? xx

Possibly jan. I just haven't felt like any dinner and have been going to bed around 7pm.

I think it's part totm and part payday :( :sigh:

I know I'm prob not eating enough but i know at the mo if I eat more I'm likely to go off the rails. I really don't wana do that as I'm out for a Chinese sat then a couple of days away involving alcohol and food. So I guess that's playing on me too. :sigh:

Quite proud of my little self today. Im hanging out for chocolate but i am going to wait untill tomorrow as its going to be 3 days of alcohol, bad food and good company! So I have been extra good all week!

Anyways - today, cake sale in work!
Bought me a chocolate cupcake with chocolate topping with malteasers and a walnut, apricot & raisen flapjack slice!!!

They sat on my desk the whole 6hours, i didnt touch one bit. Brang them home they are now in the fridge for tomorrow to share with the bf (less cals for me right!? :giggle:)

So weigh in in the morning, hope i lose something.

Plan on going to bed really early tonight getting a nice long kip as i cant see much sleep this weekend! :giggle:

P.s .... here's a pic of the cake & flapjack i resisted but will be having tomorrow! :giggle:
