I got my waist down to 34 this week ...finally.... but am a long way off goal. I need to lose another few stone. I'd like to be a size 10-12 again. Good luck

Waist 32.5 now. However I need to tone up. My belly is getting like jelly now it hasn't so much fat to plump it out.

Oh same here with the jelly belly, defo need to start toning this body up.
