Today I have eaten a Tesco bakery cookie (300cals!!!) and 3 celebration chocolates..

In my self contained office of 8 people we have 2 tins of chocolates, cookies and a box of shortbread!!

I am actually so thankful for the fact Im willing to exercise as much as I do!!
