losingme, sometimes it happens, it happened to me several times.
When I weigh myself in after a few hours, i see a different number, sometimes bigger sometimes smaller, or if i weigh myself the next day, somehow i will lose 2 or 3 more pounds.
Thats why alot of times i will lose a big number in one week, i think it is because the scale wasnt exactly accurate in the previous week, or maybe i have some food or water in my body that affects it.So do not worry!
By the way people, this would be the last week of may, it is time to SPRINT! It will be like the last time work out in the biggest loser, now it is time for us to sprint together and cross the finish line. I will be doing extra exercise this week, one hour of swimming every morning, and 1 to 2 hours of basketball or gym in the afternoon.
PS: Can anyone tell me how to do the weight lost ticker? or where i should be looking at? Thanks in advance and gd luck people! Can't wait to see how many pounds I've lost this month!
