well, i got as far as m6, j41......then it all went pear shaped. the clutch went, suddenly no power, couldn't get a gear. managed to coast it to the hard shoulder of a sliproad i was just passing.
sigh. that's me home, thank you mr nice AA man. sigh.

my brother in law, whom the van belongs to, is ever so pleased.

woke up at 9, sorted the animals out, then went for a spell in the hot tub and then for lunch at the garden centre. bought some veg plants, now chilling with a cup of tea.
get them planted out tomorrow hopefully, lovely home grown atkins friendly veg this year!

oh, and steve has been having a great day too.....he fell in his mum's garden, and has a nasty cut and graze on his knee.
